		<description>It&#039;s kind of &lt;b&gt;interest&lt;/b&gt;ing (pun intended), the rates started going up just days after I posted this, even though the Canada prime rate has remained the same.

I really believe what is happening is that they are going to raise the fixed rate mortgage rates, to get people to go into the low variable rates.  This will happen because the fixed rates will not be desirable, being so high.  Then, when they get enough people in those, they will push the prime rates up to 10+%.  That will cause many people to lose their homes.  It really is starting to look like it&#039;s totally being controlled.  Let&#039;s watch and see.
