Todd Bentley Restoration
Hi everyone,
It is nearly a year since I posted my first article about the revelation I had about Todd Bentley's angel emma. I felt compelled to post it something like 9 days before the Lakeland Revival started. I did not know why, but I had to listen to my conscience.
Seeing that I did post a lot about Todd Bentley, I felt I should followup with this second Todd Bentley scandal, regarding his "restoration". First off, it is clear to me that Todd Bentley is not fit for leadership, never was fit for leadership, and I do not believe he will EVER be fit for leadership.
Rick Joyner is working with Todd for his "restoration". I believe a man like Todd can be restored. I believe that he can be accepted of God. But I do not believe, given what has happened, that he can EVER be a leader in the body of Christ. I even believe there may be place for him to minister in the body of Christ, if he quits pretending to be someone he is not. This to me seems very clear in 1 Timothy 3
, where we read about the qualifications for leaders.

Before I get started, I would like to post some articles that have already been written about this scenario, of Todd's restoration process.

Rick and Todd are doing a video series on his restoration. The first video is just amazing, in that it shows Todd's past and present disqualifications as being a leader in the body of Christ. In the video, Todd speaks as if all the things he has done are just insignificant. There is no remorse in that boy AT ALL. He speaks as if what has happened is OKAY-DOKAY.
He also shows his immaturity, and how he was not fit to be a leader in the first place. He said that his marriage problems had gone on for "years". That is NOT an ear mark of a leader in the body of Christ. A leader is to have his own house in order. In fact, Paul tells us that if a leader does not have their own household in order, they are not fit to be leaders.
I will give some examples of what the qualifications of leaders are, and how Todd Bentley measures up.
- Leaders must be blameless. Need I explain why Todd is not blameless? Perhaps the following list may help. (1 Timothy 3:2)
- Loop Hole of The Kingdom
- Todd Bentley claimed that God said a thousand people are to given a thousand dollars (that's 1 million). Then, when confronted off stage about whether he heard that from God or not, he said he hadn't, he just thought it was a "good idea". (Please give references for this)
- Leaders must be the husband of one wife (1 Timothy 3:2). Clearly Todd has now divorced his first wife, WHILE he was a supposed leader. Clearly he no longer fits this qualification. Does this imply that he can never be a leader? I don't know for sure.
- Leaders must have good behaviour (1 Timothy 3:2). Todd's Behaviour has been, at times, bizarre, but nothing compares to his divorce from his wife.
- Leaders must not be greedy of filthy lucre or covetous (1 Timothy 3:3).
- Leaders must rule their own house well (1 Timothy 3:4). Todd has forsaken his household for a younger woman. Is that ruling one's household well?
- Leaders must be of a good report (1 Timothy 3:7). Todd DOES NOT have a good report among Christians, except with those who have ZERO discernment and no understanding of God.
Now, you decide whether you think Todd can be a leader again (let us be honest, he never was) or not.
If I see more "restoration videos" I may or may not comment on them, depending on whether I feel there is anything worth saying or not.

Good to read your work again. Very organized and informative.
Many, i am sure, have missed your wisdom.
I agree with the above entirely. (though you were a bit gentle) lol.
Lucky for Todd it is not 100 years ago. Tar, feathers, and a long plank.
Did you read that Todd has done “time travel”? yep. What next?
Good grief Charle Brown!
The Lee Grady (editor of Charisma Magazine) battle against
Rick Joyner (head dud of mourningstar mininsty)
is at the “threat” level. (Joyner threatened Grady)
Lee Grady is no longer a member of Wagner’s cult (ICA),
and may not be long at Charisma if Joyner, Wagner, and ICA
have their way. What a mess!.
However, I love that the real truth is finally coming out!
ICA, NAR, Joel’s Army, Elijah List, RA, God TV, XP, and names like
Todd Bentley, Paul Cain, Bob Jones, Rick Joyner,
Bill Johnson, Jack Deere, and other ‘Lakeland’ associates
are now proven FALSE. False teachers, false prophets,
false healings, false signs and wonders, false “words” from God,
They are all proven FALSE.
Yet worse is the con job of millions of dollars from Lakeland.
That still has not been dealt with.
Much is being talked about, prayed about, and that is great.
But we all must do something more.
Email US immigration, and other US authorities.
Give them the facts, give them your opinion.
These cult groups and people are a danger to themselves and others.
We must act.
Then, God willing, justice can begin.
If this seems hard, read Joyner’s book. He is ready for a
“Christian Civil War”, and believes the ICA “apostles” will rule
all the churches and take over the world. How bizzare is that??
From history, we see cult leaders like this. ie Jim Jones.
We know what the end will be.
The sooner more of us email, the sooner disaster can be averted.
