I have a question is the word of faith associated with elijah list and rick joyner and bentley? Also the Christian Community should be coming out and calling these 2 cults.
Also I am greatly concerned about Bentley. I heard that Canada is working on putting out a sexual preditor list and is working with the US. I haven’t been able to confirm this information. What greatly concerns me is that untill Bentleys name is put on this, he will have access to children in the United States. His drinking and infidelity is just a symptom of a deeper problem. This guy needs to be stopped in his tracks and not be allowed around children. This seems to be a big game with him. This is very dangerous, and I wonder if the state and the community he is in is aware of the fact that he has been part of a child molestation ring. These officials need to be contacted and be alerted, they should do an investigation on this guy. I pray he is not doing anything, but he should have not been allowed to preach in the first place. There is so much people can do for the Lord than to preach. I believe with all my heart preachers are held to a high calling, and should walk in reverential fear, and integrity before a Holy God.
In most cases before Narcisissim gets ahold of them and they feel that they are above everything and can do anything. This is a dangerous place for Bentley, with apparently no system of checks and balances, with even the leaders who are around him are involved in immorality themselves. Lust for greed, money, power, and fame, is attracting these charlatons, and right now there seems to be no accountability to protect the sheep from them. This I continue to pray that the Lord will raise up strong leaders that will deal with this, and that the likes of dollar, and copeland, and rick joyner and the rest will be finally dealt with. If anyone knows what state Bentley is in they should contact the Local authorites and alert them. They should understand even ministers who molest children and break the law should be arrested and held accountable. I personally knew to 2 men in a church I attended over 20 years ago in California they were married to women going to church, but secretly they were molesting children, till they were caught. Nichole, thank you ever so much for this copy, I don’t know either why this video was removed from Utube, this has helped greatly and convinced several already this morning that bentley is false. I pray for that little girl that the Lord will protect her from any more influence. Where are the Godly leaders crying out against this? The sad thing is that Bentley believes he can do anything now and get away with it, in the name of God. How far will this go before more stuff comes out? How far will they go to try to jusify his sins, and excuse his actions away? I know for one thing I don’t want anything to do with that movement at all ever. It appears they are Gospel Peddlers,… there are warnings for those who say that gain is Godliness. Thank you for having this blog, and for putting out this information and teachings. Hi, I haven’t posted in a while, I am so glad you continue to expose the false teachings on Todd Bentley and those who he is associated with. I have a question, does anyone have a copy of the video of post 201 from Todd?? I didn’t save it. It is of the little girl crying begging her mom not to let todd bentley touch her. I was so disgusted I didn’t save it. It broke my heart and I prayed for that little girl and her family. If anyone has downloaded this and saved it would you please contact the admins and have them get ahold of me? I was in a chat room and they don’t believe me that this event happened. They are being deceived by todd bentley. Please if anyone has this video get ahold of me. I went to the utube url but it says that the owner has removed the video. Thank you for your help. It is unfortunate that believers allow themselves to be shortchanged by fasle prophets. It is written, “man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God. ( and not your pastor/prophet/teacher/evangelist/apostle).

Buy the truth and sell it not, also wisdom, knowledge and instruction. If you believe and choose the truth of God’s word you will see false doctrines for what they are.

The enemy has come to steal to kill and destroy, we need to love one another (including those who have been deceived and demonised) and pray for one another.

I cannot vouch for the more recent Todd meetings, but my whole family [with friends] attended his meetings in Mt Ephraim, New Jersey years ago…beginning shortly after he was getting started good. We even got to talk with him at that time – before the threatening bodyguard showed up! He seemed to be an honest and humble young man just getting started out. There wasn’t a bunch of hype, or staff [at least in the first meeting], or all the trappings we have come to associate with the “traveling evangelist.” Just (a) a guy simply dressed [t-shirt, jeans, sandals] (b) who ministered in an unpredictable fashion, and (c) stuff always happened. (d) He was actually an answer to my heart’s cry to God. That’s where he comes from, insofar as my family & I can tell.
(a) The first meeting we didn’t even know who the speaker was going to be until he was introduced, and then this normal looking really young guy [didn't see tattoos, but had maybe 2 piercings at the time] steps up to the front. His attire of t-shirt, jeans, and sandals was a breath of fresh air to us. Sort of like John the Baptist – who also didn’t look the part. I thanked God that my kids were going to get to see a man of God who didn’t emphasize outward appearances so much.
(b) None of his meetings were predictable. One night it was a few songs and then the Word the Word the Word – preaching and teaching for hours. That was about it. Another night it was worship for hours and then prophetic ministry for maybe 10-15 people. Another night it was worship – THEN ministering 10 word of knowledge healings during which everyone was instantly healed [myself included!] – THEN the Word of God preached. Another night it was the normal charismatic/ Pentecostal unwritten order of service = worship – announcements – offering – preaching – altar ministry. About 1/3 of the time he wouldn’t even take an offering at all! It was so refreshing to see someone up front who really did seem to care that we follow whatever the Holy Spirit wanted to do in each particular service, regardless of whether it fit into the unwritten yet seemingly immoveable order of worship that Spirit-filled churches typically follow.
(c) Real stuff always happened. So even though I was working, and my wife & kids & I were really tired because we got up early for my work schedule everyday and he ran his meetings late, we forced ourselves to miss sleep and go anyway. We knew God was always going to show up. We were not disappointed. And it wasn’t “the Todd show” at that time, either. Every single time we went someone in our group of family & friends that went up was instantly healed of something. One night my son’s standing sciatica problem. Another night my daughter’s year-long wrist injury. Another night my wife’s neck problem. And this was without the normal “I’m going to lay hands on you and that’s how it’s going to happen” thing. I remember him saying a prayer over the congregation and then telling the folks “We just want to cooperate with whatever God is doing. So if anyone of you felt a heat, or electricity, or something like that, and your symptoms disappeared, speak up.” So we did.
(d) Prior to his first meeting, I’d had heart-attacks. It ended up being 3 of them, with 4 operations, and 5 stents implanted. I was dying. My doctor told me my heart arteries were plugging up at the rate of about 20% per month, and they had no idea what was causing it. I went out for a walk one day and cried out to God. I told Him I had no idea what to do with this. I’d prayed, fasted, confessed, rebuked, bound, loosed, and done everything I knew to do, and nothing was working. I wept and cried out with a loud voice asking God to send me a deliverer, who would deliver me from this certain death. Then a friend of mine at work called up and really pushed me to go to Todd’s meeting, so I did. The first meeting he held I was healed of other things, but my heart kept plugging up. I actually had another heart attack. Then Todd came back for another set of meetings. I’m not sure of the chronology, but during one of the meetings that time he rebuked a spirit of infirmity over the congregation. I’d been having angina pains, and they were building up over the span of a few days – which was a sign to me that the next heart attack was imminent. At the instant he prayed that prayer, the pains left immediately. The next heart attack never came. That was almost 7 years ago. I am healed. That was no fake. The doctors couldn’t explain it.

So it’s like this. I love my sons. When I see them doing wrong things, I don’t pretend everything’s okay. I correct them and don’t cut them any slack until they repent. But even in the midst of their wrongdoings, I’m still on their side. I won’t join their enemies who slander ["devil" = "slanderer"] them and try to destroy them. I back them up insofar as God allows me to do so. So I know Todd has blown it. I’m not going to pretend that everything’s okay. But even in the midst of that, I’m still on his side. God sent him to deliver me from certain death. I’ll back him insofar as God allows me to do so.

It seems kind of hard to consign a person to eternal damnation as a false prophet/ teacher. You could be mistaken about them, relying on hearsay rather than direct evidence – thereby violating the Law of God yourself. If you’re correct about what they’ve done or said, there could be another explanation for them. They may have fallen [like David]. They may be mistaken. They may be deceived and taken captive. In these cases, you’re the one who’s in trouble with God right now for usurping His role as Judge [see James]. It seems kind of risky to condemn somebody to hell unless God has shown you the man’s heart – and not what you’ve seen on the outside [even Jesus did not judge by what He saw]. It’s one thing to say that somebody’s deceived and likely to lead others into their error, and another thing entirely to ascend to the throne of God and condemn a person to the lake of fire UNLESS God has already done that Himself.

2008 was filled with the glory of God’s Grace,

Unfortunately, from my view, I saw more Christians go into sin
than ever before. Very sad.
The effect of the lies and fraud of Todd Bentley was to break
the hearts and hopes of millions.

What will it take to wake us Christians up?
To put ALL sin away. Repent. And study the Bible afresh?
What will it take???

Even a major evangelist said “I fear for…(USA and Canada)”.

Make time for reading/studying the Word.
