So I've been told before. I do question it though. Have you looked at the original Hebrew? Yashua and Yahweh start with the very same Hebrew characters. It seems, when pronouncing it, using my strong's hebrew language help, that it sounds like "Yah" more than "Yeh", just as "Yahweh" does. Is it perhaps that people spell it "Yeshua" but it's pronounced "Yashua"? I don't know. I've been meaning to email a Jewish guy about it, but I haven't gotten a-round-to-it. When you find one for me, please give it to me.

Yeshua is the original Hebrew proper name for Jesus of Nazareth, a Jewish Rabbi (and more) who lived from about 6 B.C.E. to 27 C.E. (A.D.) In other words, Yeshua was the name His mother called Him when shall called Him for supper.

Just thought I'd point out that your spelling is Yashua, which might not be entirely correct.

A person can claim all they want that the lady across the street does not exist, because they've never seen her come out of her house. But, that's only because they are reasoning with their foolish minds. What is baffling, is that all of creation testifies to God, His existence, His love, etc, etc, yet people CHOOSE to not know Him. The choice they make is truly a fully informed one. Hence, the righteousness, and right ruling, in sending them to the lake of fire forever, and ever, and ever.
